Structural Design Engineer

📢 We’re Hiring: Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Design Engineer with minimum. 7-10 years of experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, mentoring Junior Engineers, and contributing to innovative structural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and lead the design and analyse of multiple projects and tenders (civil works, commercial, residential, mixed works, etc...)
• Follow projects with client's team from concept stages to construction on site. 
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, review their work, and assist in design reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants on projects, attend site and coordination meetings, and provide practical solutions.
• Review tender documents and assess design alternatives for structural and civil works.

Requirements:

• CRPE Registration or equivalent for overseas applicants.
• Expertise in structural analysis software such as Robot etc, as well as earthworks and road geometry modeling (Civil 3D or Covadis).  Proficient in the use of drafting softwares such as Autocad. (Revit is a plus)
• Strong design, analysis, and software skills.
• Proven experience in managing projects and working in a team.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities. 
• Able to independently research and resolve technical challenges. 
• Having knowledge of civil works including drainage and infrastructure works (Roads and Bridges) is a plus.
• A valid driving license is an advantage
