You will be responsible to approach potential customers to win new business, strive for good relationships with existing clients, build profitable sales and achieve sales targets in line with business strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ØDevelop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
ØCreate business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
ØMaintain and build relationships with existing and potential customers
ØAnalyze customer data and evaluate sales performance
ØMonitor competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities
ØProvide leadership and guidance to sales team members
ØResearch and develop pricing and promotional strategies
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
ØProven 5+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the distributive trade.
ØKnowledge of Professional/Retail market
ØDiploma in Sales and Marketing or related field.
ØValid driver’s manual license.
ØProduct knowledge and sales process.
ØExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
ØFluency in English and French.
ØStrong customer service orientation.
ØAbility to work independently
