Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly and efficient services to the Chinese guests
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly and efficient services to the Chinese guests
• Schedule activities for the guests
• Coordinate and supervise activities for the Chinese guests
• Assist the front office staff members with check-ins / check-outs of Chinese guests
• Greet Chinese Guests upon arrival
• Assist key departments (F&B, Spa ) in being receptive to the needs of the Chinese guests
• Attend recreation activities when necessary (to help the Chinese guests)
• Assist with translations to Chinese guests (information: guest directory; menus etc.)
• Provide feedback from Chinese Guests to the Guest Services Manager for action
• You may be required to assist the team with some paperworks / duties, as and when the need arises.
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years as Chinese Speaking Guest Services Agent in a 5* luxury property is mandatory.
