The job holder shall be responsible to market and sell our range of products containing animal feeds by retaining customers and acquiring new potential ones. He/she shall be responsible to propose tailor-made products to customers and shall provide advice.

 

  • Main Duties:

      • Follow up of a portfolio of customers as assigned by management.
      • Ensuring debtors are in accordance to established payment terms.
      • Making field visits to the farming community and provide technical support.
      • Assisting the Sales Manager in building strategies to increase market share.
      • To participate in implementation of strategies to increase market share.
      • To follow up for orders and production and ensure that delivery is done in a timely manner.
      • Finding new customers and creating a sales relationship with potential buyers
      • Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers.
      • Reporting on Sales activities and/ or other aspects as designated by Management.


  • Qualification and Experience:

      • A BSc/ Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or related field
      • Experience in would be an advantage 
      • Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar positions
      • A valid driving licence (Manual)
      • Strong Negotiation skills
      • Problem Solving Approach
      • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
