Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor for Cleanamax to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day cleaning operations at our assigned sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners across designated areas/sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards.
• Assign duties and create work schedules based on operational needs.
• Provide hands-on training and support to cleaning staff, especially new recruits.
• Ensure all staff follow proper cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
• Act as the main point of contact between management and cleaning staff.
• Address and resolve staff or client issues efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Clean Certificate of Character is mandatory.
• Having your own vehicle is a plus.
• Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
