We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor for Cleanamax to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day cleaning operations at our assigned sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaners across designated areas/sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards.
- Assign duties and create work schedules based on operational needs.
- Provide hands-on training and support to cleaning staff, especially new recruits.
- Ensure all staff follow proper cleaning procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.
- Act as the main point of contact between management and cleaning staff.
- Address and resolve staff or client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, or maintenance issues.
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained properly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Clean Certificate of Character is mandatory.
- Having your own vehicle is a plus.
- Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
