The Test Manager will be in charge of leading ACM Testing activities for one Line of Business.
Key responsibilities :
- Execute ACM test phases according to the plan :
1. Synchronize and ensure test scope and test plan definition readiness across systems/functional domains before new Testing phase
2. Coordinate test environments and test data preparation across systems before new Testing phase
3. Ensure training and availability of testers before new Testing phase
4. Organize, lead efficiently and effectively ACM testing calls to meet ACM testing planning and deadline
5. Lead testing execution progress/velocity and defects management to meet ACM testing deadline and quality
- Ensure proper communication and coordination with involved ACM stakeholders
- Provide proper reporting with a good level of quality and consistency to support daily testing monitoring and ACM committees
- Maintain, own and promote the test tools, processes & methodology, reporting/dashboards for ACM testing management
- Ensure tools usage, processes and reporting are harmonized across the whole GCC/ACM testing community and LoBs.
- Maintain continuously harmonized Tests Portfolio definition
- Maintain and continuously enhance automated Tests Portfolio (definition and scope) with AzTech
- Validate automated Tests Portfolio implementation
Key skills/experience :
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Collaborative, structured , rigorous, with the ability to work across multiple teams and in an international working environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
- Strong experience in working in complex matrix organization requiring cross coordination and leadership
- Strong experience in IT project management (systems integration) and test management /agile methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Jira/QMetry
- Willingness to travel abroad for short period on request
- 8-10 years experience
