The Service Station Supervisor will manage one of Total Mauritius Limited's Service Stations on a shift system.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop sales (petroleum products, shop and other services)
- Interact with customers to understand their expectations and needs
- Promote and maintain excellent customer service at the service station
- Supervise the daily work of contractors on site
- Ensure the general integrity of operations with respect to the Station Manual, Total safety standards as well as local legislations & regulations
- Ensure that sales, stock and banking fully reflect the position of the business on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare timely reports and analysis of results as required by Head Office
Requirements
- EITHER: Diploma in marketing/ management or any related subject
- OR: Higher School Certificate with Accounting and extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in Supervisory Management
- Prior experience in service station management, store management or marketing will be a definite advantage
- Good supervisory and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office package
- Willing to work odd hours and on a shift system
