Service Station Supervisor

The Service Station Supervisor will manage one of Total Mauritius Limited's Service Stations on a shift system.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop sales (petroleum products, shop and other services)
  • Interact with customers to understand their expectations and needs
  • Promote and maintain excellent customer service at the service station
  • Supervise the daily work of contractors on site
  • Ensure the general integrity of operations with respect to the Station Manual, Total safety standards as well as local legislations & regulations
  • Ensure that sales, stock and banking fully reflect the position of the business on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepare timely reports and analysis of results as required by Head Office

 Requirements

  • EITHER: Diploma in marketing/ management or any related subject
  • OR: Higher  School  Certificate with Accounting  and extensive experience (minimum  5  years) in Supervisory Management
  • Prior experience in service station management, store management or marketing will be a definite advantage
  • Good supervisory and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office package
  • Willing to work odd hours and on a shift system
