Managing administrative tasks, Coordinating sales activities, Ensuring timely documentation, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. Lead generation to order processing

 

A. Sales Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Ensure all customer files, agreements, and CRM records are accurate and up to date.

  • Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and submissions.

  • Track sales orders, renewals, and follow-ups as per internal processes.

B. Customer Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales-related queries.

  • Schedule meetings, demos, and client presentations for the sales team.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients professionally.

  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding orders, installations, or requests.

C. Sales Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

  • Update CRM dashboards and maintain accurate sales pipeline information.

D. Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with the Operations, Technical, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Follow up , installation schedules, and completion reports.

E. Support to Sales Team

  • Coordinate events, product demos, and sales campaigns.

Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
-  Excellent communication (written & verbal)
-  Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Good command of MS Office and CRM systems(Preferably Odoo)
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
Qualifications:
- Higher School Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Experience in technology or IoT industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferrably Odoo)
