The Project Development Lead is responsible for spearheading the successful delivery of development projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and end-to-end project execution capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities 

🔹 Project Leadership & Execution 

  • Lead the development and execution of projects (including new developments and major renovations) across the group. 

  • Manage the full project lifecycle — from feasibility assessments and design to delivery and close-out. 

  • Align project outcomes with organizational strategy, timelines, and approved budgets. 

🔹 Strategic Planning & Technical Oversight 

  • Develop comprehensive project charters, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and KPIs. 

  • Prepare and track detailed project schedules, risk registers, Gantt charts, and status reports. 

  • Evaluate technical feasibility, assess risks, and recommend viable solutions in collaboration with engineering and consulting teams. 

🔹 Financial Management 

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports. 

  • Conduct financial feasibility studies to support investment proposals and loan applications. 

  • Optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. 

🔹 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Serve as the key liaison between senior managemen and external consultants, authorities, and contractors. 

  • Coordinate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement to align goals and resolve issues. 

  • Provide regular updates and presentations to executive stakeholders. 

🔹 Operational & Team Coordination 

  • Supervise multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution. 

  • Ensure alignment of technical, financial, and regulatory deliverables. 

  • Drive accountability across teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field. 

  • An MBA will be considered an advantage. 

  • Min 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects. 

  • Strong background in real estate development

  • Proven Leadership Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery. 

  • Project Management Skills, including proficiencyin planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts) and methodologies for risk and schedule management. 

  • Excellent Financial Acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost control. 

  • Good Communication & Negotiation Abilities, with the capability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
