The Project Development Lead is responsible for spearheading the successful delivery of development projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and end-to-end project execution capabilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
🔹 Project Leadership & ExecutionÂ
Lead the development and execution of projects (including new developments and major renovations) across the group.Â
Manage the full project lifecycle — from feasibility assessments and design to delivery and close-out.Â
Align project outcomes with organizational strategy, timelines, and approved budgets.Â
🔹 Strategic Planning & Technical OversightÂ
Develop comprehensive project charters, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and KPIs.Â
Prepare and track detailed project schedules, risk registers, Gantt charts, and status reports.Â
Evaluate technical feasibility, assess risks, and recommend viable solutions in collaboration with engineering and consulting teams.Â
🔹 Financial ManagementÂ
Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.Â
Conduct financial feasibility studies to support investment proposals and loan applications.Â
Optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.Â
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement & CommunicationÂ
Serve as the key liaison between senior managemen and external consultants, authorities, and contractors.Â
Coordinate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement to align goals and resolve issues.Â
Provide regular updates and presentations to executive stakeholders.Â
🔹 Operational & Team CoordinationÂ
Supervise multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution.Â
Ensure alignment of technical, financial, and regulatory deliverables.Â
Drive accountability across teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Â

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.Â
An MBA will be considered an advantage.Â
Min 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects.Â
Strong background in real estate development
Proven Leadership Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.Â
Project Management Skills, including proficiencyin planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt charts) and methodologies for risk and schedule management.Â
Excellent Financial Acumen, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost control.Â
Good Communication & Negotiation Abilities, with the capability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.Â
