Project Development Lead

Lead the development and execution of projects (including new developments and major renovations) across the group. 

Manage the full project lifecycle — from feasibility assessments and design to delivery and close-out. 

Align project outcomes with organizational strategy, timelines, and approved budgets. 

Develop comprehensive project charters, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, timelines, and KPIs. 

Prepare and track detailed project schedules, risk registers, Gantt charts, and status reports. 

Evaluate technical feasibility, assess risks, and recommend viable solutions in collaboration with engineering and consulting teams. 

Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports. 

Conduct financial feasibility studies to support investment proposals and loan applications. 

Optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. 

Serve as the key liaison between senior managemen and external consultants, authorities, and contractors. 

Coordinate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Legal, Marketing, and Procurement to align goals and resolve issues. 

Provide regular updates and presentations to executive stakeholders. 

Supervise multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution. 

Ensure alignment of technical, financial, and regulatory deliverables. 

Drive accountability across teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
