Seeking a results-driven Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee delivery operations, manage teams, optimize routes, and ensure timely, high-quality service. Must have strong leadership, logistics experience, and performance tracking skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery process from order placement to final delivery.
- Monitor daily delivery operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuously refine processes to improve speed and quality of service.
- Coordinate with partners and Customer Support teams to manage peak times and resolve issues.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of dispatchers, delivery agents, and hub supervisors.
- Hire, train, and evaluate operational staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
3. Logistics & Fleet & Assets Management:
- Manage delivery and office fleet and ensure proper maintenance, routing, and tracking.
- Optimize route planning and reduce delivery times through real-time data and analytics.
4. Vendor & Partner Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with restaurants and logistics partners.
- Work closely with suppliers’ managers to improve service levels and resolve issues.
5. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to delivery in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with customer service to reduce delivery-related complaints and refunds.
6. Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
7. Budget & Cost Control:
- Manage operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure cost-efficiency in delivery logistics and labor deployment.

Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or door to door delivery, managing large teams and working in fast-paced environments.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics tools and route optimization software.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and platforms.
Work Environment:
- This role requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- May involve shift work, weekends, and on-call responsibilities during peak hours or emergencies.
