Operational Internal Controller

Savemax Supermarkets is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and analytical Operational Internal Controller to join our growing operations team. If you're passionate about driving operational excellence, improving controls, and making a real impact across 29 outlets, this role is for you.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor the Inventory Dashboard across all retail outlets.
• Ensure accurate Control Dashboard updates for process consistency.
• Conduct Post-Analysis Plans following operational audits and variances.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational discrepancies.
• Contribute to shrinkage reduction through data insights and controls.

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in internal control, audit, or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Excel and inventory control software.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.
