OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our mobility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure smooth execution across all service areas.
• Ensure vehicle availability, reliability, and service-level compliance.
• Optimize fleet routing, dispatch operations, and asset rebalancing.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of drivers and on-ground teams.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal safety standards.
• Implement crisis management protocols and ensure quick response to incidents.
• Track and analyse KPIs: utilise data analytics to monitor performance and make important decisions.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational best practices.
• Manage and monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
• Strategic Planning focused on efficiency, service innovation, and growth
• Foster strong client partnerships

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transport Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 7 years proven experience in operations management, preferably in transport, mobility, logistics, or a tech-enabled service industry.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities with experience managing on-ground teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in analysing operational data and using it for process optimization.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results
