We are looking for an experienced CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST who will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by going to the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal person should be a good negotiator, attentive to details and should possess excellent communication skills.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Minimum a diploma in customer service/marketing or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the BPO/Call Center/customer service environment.
3. Ready to work on weekends, public holidays and night shift (NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE).
4. An excellent negotiator with strong ability to influence suppliers & clients.
5. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused.
6. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive.
7. Possesses strong communication skills both written and spoken. (English & French)
8. Good analytical skills - should be able to gather & analyse information on his/her own and provide the best solution(s).
9. Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude, a risk-taker and solution oriented
10. Critical mind - Need to think out of the box.
 
WORKING HOURS/DAYS:
05:00 p.m - 02:00 a.m
5 working days per week and 2 days off
