Reporting to the Group Chief People & Continuous Improvement Officer, the selected candidate will lead C-Care’s talent acquisition strategy, develop hiring plans, digital solutions, and workforce models to attract, engage, and retain top clinical and non-clinical talent.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement the Group’s recruitment and workforce planning strategy
- Strengthen clinical and non-clinical talent pipelines through partnerships with institutions
- Optimize recruitment processes using AI, ATS, and data-driven hiring models
- Lead executive search for senior healthcare leadership positions
- Enhance C-Care’s employer branding across markets and platforms
- Implement innovative digital hiring solutions and candidate experience strategies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, staffing regulations, and ethical hiring standards
- Conduct audits, ensure fair recruitment practices, and uphold data privacy compliance
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Organizational Development, HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership hiring and healthcare recruitment
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, employer branding, and HR analytics
- Proven experience using ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills
- Certifications in Recruitment Strategy, SHRM-SCP, or Talent Analytics are an advantage
- Willingness to work across geographies and manage group-wide recruitment initiatives.
