Our client is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Doctor to join their healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care within the Emergency Department and inpatient wards, ensuring the effective diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients requiring acute and continuous care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate and comprehensive medical care in the Emergency Department, including stabilization and initial treatment of acute conditions.
• Ensure continuity of care for patients admitted from the ER to the inpatient wards.
• Facilitate the safe transfer of critically ill patients to HDU/ICU.
• Conduct regular clinical rounds, patient assessments, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including specialists, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
• Participate in rotational shifts to maintain 24/7 medical coverage.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and records.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives related to quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A recognized Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Full registration with the relevant Medical Council.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine and inpatient care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
