Maintenance Manager

Ensure that the Factory Facilities including machines produce to the maximum efficiency and output. This includes preventive Maintenance, Managing breakdowns of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible to manage the Maintenance Function of the Enterprise and should have below main requirements:

• Young, between 35-45years of age with strong Leadership Skills
• Hold a Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Extensive plant Level Experience with significant Man Management Experience
• Have a Culture of EXcellence
• Have a minimum of 5 years proven Managerial Experience in a Knitwear Factory
• Ability to work to deadlines and cope with the Consequent pressure
• Hard Work Culture, self-disciplined with strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
