Implementation & Support Executive

At Easy Net, we simplify businesses with Software. We are expanding our team and are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our technical team as implementation and support Executive.

Easynet is an enterprise technology company dedicated to simplifying how businesses are run. We are an ERP & Accounting Software Service Provider, based in Hennessy Court, Port Louis. Easy Net is the Regional Sales & Service Partner of Tally, and counts 150+ of Enterprise Clients in Mauritius, Madagascar and Seychelles.

We are looking for a dynamic,self-driven and self motivated individual to join us as Implementation & Support Executive.

Duties:

• Based in the Technical Implementation Team, involved in implementation and on site deployment

• Provide User Training

• Support end User

• Assist the Sales Executives with Technical Pre-sales

• Prepare Documentations, Presentations, Documents & Reports as per company Standards

• Administrative & Other Cognate Duties.

Requirements

Relevant areas in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science. Knowledge of Accounting would be an advantage.

Candidates with ACCA Level 2 may apply should they have a sound knowledge of IT.

Attentive to Detail , Pragmatical Approach to problem solving, Uplifting Customer Service Oriented. Driving License.
