We are seeking a highly capable HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment.
Maintain HR records and oversee the use of HR systems and databases.
Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Provide guidance and support to line managers and department heads on HR best practices.
Oversee disciplinary actions and grievance handling processes.
Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role (typically 5+ years).
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
