ERP Support Specialist

The appointed candidate will have a key role in the continued development, planning and implementing Oracle NetSuite (cloud-based ERP system) for other designated entities in the Group.

As an ERP Support Specialist, you will:

1) conduct change and adaptation of NetSuite ERP set up in the region:

• be the key Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite matters reported by various Forvis Mazars offices
• lead the discussion with end-user to fully understand business requirements, enhancement requests and conduct the configuration when necessary.
• ensure that the requests sent by other Forvis Mazars offices are answered timely
• enhance NetSuite application to meet countries’ business requirements when necessary
• provide excellent customer support

 2) ensure in coordination with the technical team that full support to all end-users is provided under the terms of the Service Level Agreement

• provide implementation data migration and support services to new and existing countries
• share your functional / expertise in coordination with technical teams
• provide excellent customer service delivering advanced functional support for different business needs
• work with Forvis Mazars entities to ensure stability and alignment of the various databases every month
• establish a good relationship with Forvis Mazars countries, getting to know their businesses and how they use the systems for their day to day activities
• analyse complex end-user issues related to data and processes

 3) endorse other responsibilities

• create detailed documentation and training materials for project / ERP management
• conduct NetSuite end-user training
