The NetSuite Central Team is in charge of the roll out, maintenance and development of the Oracle NetSuite (ERP), including its ecosystem, within Forvis Mazars Globally.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Roll Out:
- Acting as the Project Manager during the NetSuite implementation
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality of delivering the project
- Ensure deployment of the ERP according to the project timelines and coordinate tasks of the project team using appropriate project management tools.
- Monitors and documents project status to all stakeholders – elevate issues when required.
- Participate in all new country implementations. Explain the full end to end workflow on Oracle NetSuite.
- Work with other Forvis Mazars teams, domestic and international, to meet client’s needs
- Lead the change management activities
- Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Maintenance:
- Responsible for answering end user’s request
- Responsible for following up with end users to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Establish and maintain good client relationships with Forvis Mazars internal clients
- Build and maintain change management SOP and related materials
- Review, revise and improve the change management activities
Development:
- Lead initiatives to identify, evaluate and recommend changes to the ERP business landscape in line with the system governance structure.
- Manages the launch of all change management documentation, end-user communications, end-user training and support.
Job requirements
- Preferred accounting or business-related subject
- Good command of the English and French Language
- Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
- Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams
- You have previous project management experience.
- You have previous change management experience.
- You have a proven track record in supporting regional cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a Professional Services environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to engage with senior management in both working groups and at a presentation level.
