We’re looking for a reliable Admin & Finance Clerk to support our growing team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to meet you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and filing.

  • Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting entries.

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and data entry.

  • Support the finance and admin departments with reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • HSC or Diploma in related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or finance.

  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
