Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Accounts Clerk to support our finance team. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks and financial record-keeping for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations through Azurmind
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Credit Control - Follow up and remind debtors.
• Assist the Assistant Accountant by handling supplier through quotes comparison or customer queries regarding accounts
• Responsible of the verification process of stock received with from the Procurement Team and validation of quantities received
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with audits and tax preparations when necessary
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Finance team

 Profile

• HSC with accounting background; ACCA Level 1 is an advantage
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Detail-oriented and organised
