Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Defining the overall sales strategy, setting sales targets, and creating plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals, including setting individual performance goals and providing coaching and mentorship.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Working with marketing and product development team to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance, including key metrics, forecasts, and any challenges or opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
- At least 10 years’ proven work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a sales team to achieve its goals.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, overcome obstacles, and negotiate deals.
