About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst &Performance Monitoring Officer to support our
operations through smart analytics and actionable insights.
You will analyze delivery data, monitor operational KPIs, build dashboards, and
recommend improvements that drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse delivery and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
• Monitor key KPIs: delivery success rate, transit times, courier productivity, route
• performance
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for management
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on delays, failed deliveries, and exceptions
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, customer service, and IT teams
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting
• Support forecasting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL (or similar tools)
• Ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in logistics, courier services, or last‑mile delivery is an advantage
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with delivery tracking platforms or route optimisation tools

• Previous exposure to performance monitoring in logistics or e‑commerce
