Leisure Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Fitness & Recreation division and report directly to the Head of Spa and Wellness.

• Detail oriented in managing and overseeing the daily operation of the Fitness and Recreation areas as per resort standards.
• Complete Team Members scheduling well in-advance to ensure balance and to meet seasonality demands, within agreed budgets, and to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
• Fully trained and certified in delivering all fitness services such as personal training, specialized fitness classes (group cycling), health and fitness assessments and basic nutrition advice.
• Walk the Talk and demonstrate a professional demeanour at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality, appearance, fitness level and general manner.
• Work a flexible rota, including evening, early and weekend shifts.
• Attend briefing and meetings as required by the Head of Spa and Wellness.
• Stay abreast on latest updates in the fitness and wellness industr
• Develop, update and have a quarterly review of all relevant SOP’s to ensure the highest quality standards and health/safety policies are implemented and maintained
