Production Supervisor

Production Planning & Supervision

• Organize and optimize daily tasks for the production team to achieve planned outputs.
• Supervise production activities and subcontractors to ensure correct methods and sequencing.
• Ensure finished products are available for delivery as per agreed timelines.

Process Optimisation & Quality Control

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Perform in‑process quality checks and ensure conformity to standards.
• Report discrepancies and non‑conformities to the Operations Executive.

Repairs, Maintenance & Resource Coordination

• Request and follow up repairs to ensure continuous equipment operation.
• Ensure maintenance planning and preventive schedules are respected.
• Coordinate moulds, tools, and lifting equipment availability.

Reporting, Stock Control & Documentation

• Assist in preparing daily production reports and follow‑up actions.
• Monitor stock levels of finished goods and raw materials.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping for employees and subcontractors.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment on site.
• Prevent accidents through enforcement of safety rules.
• Educate employees on safe use of equipment and resources.
• Ensure environmental and site safety compliance.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture.

People Management & Company Image

• Monitor workforce performance and recommend training needs.
• Communicate operational information to team members.
• Coach and train new employees.
• Evaluate potential and support promotion recommendations.
• Represent and promote the Company’s image.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
