REINSURANCE CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reinsurance Claims Administrator to join our Solutions & Analytics team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for candidates looking to build a career in reinsurance while gaining hands-on experience in claims management.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Review, analyse and process new claims notifications in the claims management system, in accordance with the established procedures.

- Take ownership of monitoring and following up on reinsurance claims recoveries, including coordination with reinsurers and brokers.

- Analyse and critically assess policy terms, coverage limits, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims files and records.

- Carry out any other administrative or support duties as assigned by the Solutions and Analytics team.

👤 Your Profile:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or progress towards the CII qualification

- At least 2 years of experience in claims handling and/or underwriting

- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Solid analytical and critical skills;

- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask under tight deadlines;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
