Production Supervisor

Production Supervisors ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor is integral in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties

• Responsible for developing efficient production planning to ensure consumer demands are met while optimizing resource and reducing costs.
• Analyse sales forecast, inventory levels , material availability to create efficient plans.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging
• Monitor production capacity and identify bottle necks
• Strong excel and data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross functional team.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitasks and meet deadline.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives( lean, 6 sigma, kaizen, DMAIC)
• Review and maintain bill of materials and monitor raw material consumption against planned usage.
• Prepare reports on material usage, production efficiency, and cost variance.
