Position overview:

We are looking for a Digital Community Specialist to join our creative and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and animating our social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, while building strong relationships with clients and communities. You will ensure that our communication remains consistent, engaging, and creative across all channels.

The ideal candidate should be dynamic, client-oriented, and comfortable interacting both online and face-to-face. Strong copywriting and design skills will be a definite advantage, along with curiosity and passion for digital trends, social media strategies, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and animate social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, campaigns, and stories.
  • Coordinate and manage boosted posts and paid social campaigns (budget allocation, targeting, monitoring, reporting).
  • Monitor and analyze performance (KPIs, insights, engagement rates) and prepare reports.
  • Interact daily with followers, respond to messages, and foster a sense of community.
  • Maintain client relationships, occasionally participating in face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure consistency.

 

  • Create and adapt copywriting for different platforms and audiences.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
  • Suggest new ideas and creative approaches to improve engagement and visibility.

Requirements:

Education

  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in social media management, digital communication, or community management.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of community management principles and social media strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to tone and storytelling.
  • Basic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma are a plus).
  • Good sense of branding and digital identity.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: dynamic, approachable, and client focused.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills/Familiarity

  • Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Analytics tools (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Design and prototyping: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva.
  • Project Management: Trello or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and AI-driven content tools.
