 Leal Equipements Cie Ltee – a member of Leal Group – is currently looking for a Mechanic Grade 1. The Mechanic Grade 1 will be mainly responsible for analysing, developing, and maintaining systems and devices related to mechanics.

Main Duties:

• Responsible for overhauling all equipment and machinery.
• Maintenance of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Ensures that the equipment, industrial plants, and machinery are functioning and obtaining the proper results.
• Manages technical information and interprets the functional and technical characteristics of the systems under his responsibility.
• Designs tools that allow him to do his job more efficiently
• Operates machines and programs equipment; assembles equipment or supervises its assembly
• Detects and reports any safety hazards in the equipment or equipment operation

Qualifications & Competencies required:

• Holder of a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Mechanic for Industrial Generators
• Good verbal communication skills
• Active listening skills
• Ability to work as a team
• Good organizational skills
• Strong team spirit
