One of our client is looking for an Administrative Officer.

 

Main Responsibilities: 
  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with internal departments.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Creation and maintenance of reports and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
  • Higher School Certificate.
  • Proven experience in an Administrative Role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
