Job Opening: Medical Gas Pipe-Fitter Assistant

📍 Location: Cassis
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday (08:30 – 17:00), Saturday (08:30 – 12:30)
💼 Salary: Rs 30,000 – Rs 40,000

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on individual to join a specialized team in Cassis as a Medical Gas Pipe-Fitter Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a critical technical field that supports hospitals and healthcare facilities by ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of medical gases.

Key Responsibilities

🔧 Installation Support

• Assist in the installation of medical gas systems (oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, etc.).

• Prepare, clean, and position pipes and fittings.

• Support in layout and secure placement of piping systems.

🧰 Material & Tool Preparation

• Organize and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each job.

• Ensure tools are maintained in good working condition.

• Keep the workspace clean and safe.

🔍 Maintenance & Repairs

• Support inspections and functional testing of gas systems.

• Assist in identifying and resolving leaks, blockages, or faulty components.

• Help troubleshoot system delivery issues.

⚠️ Safety & Compliance

• Follow strict safety procedures and guidelines.

• Participate in regular safety checks and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

📝 Documentation

• Help maintain logs of installations, repairs, and inspections.

• Report any concerns or issues to the lead technician or supervisor.

💨 Pressure Testing

• Assist in pressure testing systems to ensure integrity before operation.

🤝 Teamwork & Growth

• Work alongside certified professionals and learn specialized skills on the job.

• Contribute to a team-oriented and quality-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in plumbing, pipe-fitting, or construction is a plus (but not mandatory).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a technical environment.

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions accurately.
