We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse specializing in esthetic and hygiene products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatching of hygiene and esthetic products.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Implement and enforce cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the warehouse.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance targets.
- Provide training, feedback, and development opportunities for team members.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative working environment.
- Delivery Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries with drivers to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
- Communicate delivery instructions and address any logistical issues promptly.
- Monitor fleet efficiency, route optimization, and driver performance.
- Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Implement best practices in warehouse hygiene, especially critical for esthetic and personal care products.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities, delivery schedules, and staff performance.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and cost savings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or manager, preferably in esthetic, cosmetic, or hygiene-related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Experience working with esthetic, beauty, or hygiene products.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations for hygiene-sensitive goods.
- Forklift certification (optional, based on warehouse setup).
