Waiter

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Waiter to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations for food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests at their tables.
• Monitor tables during the meal to anticipate guest needs, such as refilling water glasses or drinks, and clearing away used dishes and glassware.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area and workstation, including resetting tables for the next patrons.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Adhere to all food safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven work experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server is preferred, but willing to train enthusiastic individuals.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Strong time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
