To execute  sustainability initiatives and ensure the successful implementation of the Group’s sustainability strategy.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including Research & Development, Business Transformation, and Operations, as well as engage with external stakeholders.

 Mission 

Data Collection and Analysis

• Coordinate sustainability data collection efforts across departments and subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the development and maintenance of data collection processes to ensure alignment with upcoming reporting requirements such as CSRD and carbon accounting standards.
• Work closely with data owners to ensure proper understanding of required inputs and promote consistent data quality.
• Utilize sustainability software and reporting tools to track carbon footprint and emissions reduction.
• Support the implementation or optimization of digital sustainability tools used for data tracking, consolidation, and visualization.
• Monitor data gaps and help develop action plans to address missing or inconsistent sustainability data.

Sustainability Systems & Digital Tools

• Regularly access and manage the Group sustainability platform, which consolidates ESG-related data across the group.
• Ensure relevant data inputs are complete and accurate to support carbon footprint calculations and performance tracking.
• Leverage the platform’s capabilities to monitor sustainability KPIs and track progress toward environmental targets.
• Assist in generating reports and visualizations from the system for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on platform enhancements and provide user feedback for system improvement.

Policy Development and ESG Integration

• Assist in refining internal policies and frameworks to align with evolving sustainability and ESG standards 

Governance and Reporting

• Contribute to sustainability reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate commitments.
• Support the integration of sustainability data into broader corporate governance and reporting structures.

Project Management 

• Support the management and execution of multiple sustainability projects, including Circular Economy initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Sustainability Reporting and ESG Integration

• Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Problem solving and Innovation in Sustainability

• Identify sustainability challenges and propose practical, data-driven solutions.

 Internal Engagement and ESG awareness 

• Support ESG-related internal communication efforts by providing relevant sustainability content, updates, and data to the Group Communications Department.
• Contribute to raising awareness on sustainability topics by assisting in the preparation of materials for internal campaigns, learning initiatives, or corporate updates.
• Help identify key ESG milestones, stories, and initiatives that can be highlighted across the Group to foster engagement and alignment.

 Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business with a Sustainability focus, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management/Engineering, or corporate responsibility (internship experience will be considered).

 Desired Experience    

• Experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Experience in project management or a PMP certification is an advantage.

Technical Competencies 

• Ability to support multiple sustainability projects and track progress.
• Experience working with sustainability metrics, reporting tools, and sustainability software.
• Experience with digital sustainability tools (e.g., reporting platforms, data visualization software).
• Ability to assess sustainability challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Ability to stay updated on emerging sustainability regulations and trends.
