Storekeeper- Emcar Tyres

We are looking for a Storekeeper for Emcar Tyres with previous track records in similar position and who is computer literate.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists with the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Store for Retread Tyres, Spare Parts and retread products, including requisitioning, receiving, storing and distribution of stock, at a high level of productivity and accuracy, for on-time delivery and optimal flow of stock.
• Inspects goods received (in) and transferred (out) for quantity and quality standards as per the already established procedures.
• Verifies and checks items received against packing list, transfer forms and catalogues.
• Checks regularly the inventory levels and prepares planning's to replenish the stock from overseas.
• Performs stock inventories daily and maintains all related records for inventory control and future estimates on the designated systems.
• Ensures that the store is kept in clean and orderly conditions at all times.
• Organises for receiving and deliveries of products as and when required.
• Carries out all clerical/ administrative duties attached to the job on the designated systems and in line with the Business Unit's policies and procedures.
• Is responsible for accurate maintenance of all stores operation records.
