1. Receiving and processing of customer orders for ALPLA_MU & SOAF (Closures) 2. Provide general assistance to Sales team and handle quotations 3. Perform admin task with respect to Sales invoicing and circularization.
1. Receiving and processing of customer orders for ALPLA_MU & SOAF (Closures)
2. Provide general assistance to Sales team and handle quotations
3. Perform admin task with respect to Sales invoicing and circularization.
4. Develop and maintain good customer relation by attending to their queries in an appropriate time limit.
5. Prepare export documentation for outbound. (Commercial, invoice, Packing List) and ensure proper execution of export documents for closures only.
6. work Closely with:
Planning to follow up on all customer orders,
Warehouse & Distribution to assist with planning of deliveries and collections.
7. Attend daily production meetings
8. Assist with the handling of customer complaints.
Applicants ahould possess the following profile:
1. Be Computer literate and be proficient with MS Office
2. Excellent oral and written skills both in French and English
3. Have outstanding planning and organisational skills
4. Have good interpersonal skills
5. Customer Oriented
