Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Administrative Officer who will support the Administrative Executive in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations.
- Perform secretarial tasks.
- Provide financial support.
- Assist in managing IT Office infrastructure and equipment.
Profile:
- HSC/Degree in Business Administration or management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in the field.
- Proficiency in MS Office apps and familiarity with IT Tools and systems.
- Knowledge of OneDrive, AI Oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English both speaking and written.
- The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience in office administration or secretarial position, ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Working on Saturday if and when required.
