Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Administrative Officer who will support the Administrative Executive in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Perform secretarial tasks.
  • Provide financial support.
  • Assist in managing IT Office infrastructure and equipment.
Profile:

  • HSC/Degree in Business Administration or management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience in the field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps and familiarity with IT Tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of OneDrive, AI Oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and written.
  • The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Proven experience in office administration or secretarial position, ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Working on Saturday if and when required.
