Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organised at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies and check chemical inventory
• Collect and remove trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures.
• Dispose of waste as per the hotel and authority standards and Adhere to recycling and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure waste bin area is kept clean and tidy.
• Clean and maintain floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.
• Consistently adhere to SGS requirements related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.

Candidate’s Profile:

• •Have at  least 2 years of experience in similar role
• •Ability to Multitask
• •Good communication skills
• •Attention to Detail
• •Knowledge and proficiency to operate industrial dish washers.
• •Be flexible to work on a shift system
