Shop Attendant

A shop attendant provides excellent customer service, assists customers with purchases, and ensures the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Greet customers and assist them in finding products

· Provide information about items, prices, and promotions

· Handle sales transactions (cash, card, or mobile payments)

· Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed

· Keep the shop clean and always organized

· Monitor inventory levels and report low stock

· Handle customer complaints or direct them to management

· Promote special offers and upsell products

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS Education

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Must speak, read.

· Write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

· Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visits the hotel.

Experience

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Friendly and helpful attitude

· Basic math skills for handling money

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work in a team

· Time management and reliability
