Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business for recruitment and training services while also managing key sales support activities such as CRM updates, preparation of proforma invoices, and review of marketing materials. The role combines field sales, client relationship management, and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new clients through field visits, calls, and networking
- Promote recruitment and training services to corporate clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Manage and update CRM system with client data, leads, and activities
- Prepare proforma invoices, quotations, and sales proposals
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries
- Review and provide input on brochures and marketing materials
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Experience in sales, client service, or administrative support (preferred)
- Good understanding of CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask (sales + admin responsibilities)
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
- Attention to detail (especially for quotations and documents)
