His/her primary duty is to produce the best quality food items available. He/she will work closely with his superiors to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Kitchen.
As Service Associate - Commis 3, we rely on you to:
- To monitor the actual quality of items produced in the kitchen along with receiving. Proper storing and sanitation procedure in handling and preparing perishable items.
- Responsible for the proper cooking production according to forecasted business of food items along with freshness of products and serving time to minimize the amount of wastage.
- Responsible along with the kitchen crew to monitor and assist in all the sanitation procedures of all kitchen preparation areas, food receiving and storage areas.
- Follow procedures related to handling of kitchen equipment.
- Responsible to follow all SFSMS related policies and procedures.
- To avoid any wastage of food and other ingredients / working materials as long as adhering to the rules set by the SFSMS.
