We are seeking a Senior People Solutions Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives. Your expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring our people strategy supports our company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR solutions.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics and business data to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Drive organizational change and development by supporting restructuring, new program implementations, and cultural initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to design and implement company-wide HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with change management and organizational development.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the Mauritius Workers Right Act
