About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester with proven experience in Selenium to lead and enhance our automated testing efforts. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure high-quality delivery of software products through robust test automation strategies.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks. Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient test scripts. Participate in requirement analysis and define test strategies. Identify test scenarios and create comprehensive test cases. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Perform test result analysis and report defects with clear documentation. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to QA best practices.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Java/Python/C# (specify based on your stack). Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and Agile processes. Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. Proficiency in tools like Maven/Gradle, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, etc. Good communication and collaboration skills.
