To support the Company Secretarial team in ensuring clients comply with statutory, financial, and corporate governance requirements.
Responsibility
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, board papers, and meeting checklists.
- Attend board/committee meetings and draft accurate minutes and follow‑up action lists.
- Prepare and review resolutions, letters, meeting packs, and statutory documents.
- Maintain statutory registers, meeting books, and other constitutional records.
- Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns, Accounts, and other regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
- Respond to client and stakeholder inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
- Assist with annual report documentation and general company secretarial tasks.
- Support proper scanning, naming, and filing of documents.
- Deliver high‑quality client service and ensure compliance with relevant laws and licensing conditions.
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or partly CGI (formerly ICSA) qualified.
- 3–5 years of experience in company secretarial work, ideally within financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex documentation.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
