Key Responsibilities:
- To promote indoor/outdoor plants and achieve monthly sales objectives.
- To ensure quality of plants are maintained.
- To organise visual standards at all times.
- To follow up stock replenishment of plants.
- To provide prompt and efficient customer service to our customers.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum qualifications: SC or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Good verbal communication both in French and English.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality.
