Sales & Partnerships Executive - Mauritius (North & West)
An innovative company specializing in short-term rentals is looking for a Sales & Partnerships Executive to join its growing commercial teams in both Grand-Baie and Tamarin. As the company continues to expand across the island, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in its strategic development.
As a
Sales & Partnerships Executive, you will be at the heart of the company's growth, responsible for acquiring new properties, closing contracts and developing long-term strategic partnerships.
Your Main Responsibilities :Property Portfolio Development:- Identify and recruit new property owners interested in short-term rental solutions.
- Present the value propositions and guide owners throughout the onboarding process.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Lead meetings, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with property owners.
- Ensure clear, transparent, and professional communication throughout the entire sales process.
Partnerships Development:
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local and international real estate agencies, property developers, and construction companies.
- Build strong, long-lasting partnerships to support the company's long-term vision.
Commercial Strategy:
- Collaborate with management to design and implement the commercial development strategy, focusing on the company's expansion across Mauritius (North & West)
- Proactively identify new opportunities and take ownership of business development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Provide consistent and reliable support to colleagues and collaborate closely with other teams when needed.
Candidate Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a commercial or business development role.
- Previous experience in real estate, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (any additional language is a plus).
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- Flexible mindset with availability to work some evenings and weekends (not a standard 9-5 role)
- A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required - frequent travel between offices is expected.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Attractive salary package ranging between Rs 80,000 and Rs 200,000 depending on profile (base salary + performance based bonus + 13th month salary)
