To assist the Accountant in the day-to-day operations and financial transactions of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Key Duties:
- Assist in daily reconciliation of cash control account
- Record and allocate client receipts in ERP system
- Perform daily control checks by comparing sales transactions against payment receipts
- Prepare and submit daily reports related to sales vs. receipts control checks
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in client payments and sales records in coordination with the Sales and Finance teams
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Key qualification:
- Higher School Certificate (HSC) and Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent qualification/experience
- Knowledge of accounting standards and practices
