Sales Executive for our Property and Land Development department
Role and responsibilities:
Be our point of contact for sale
Promote the sale of our commercial and residential properties
Seek potential buyers
Negotiate business contract and ensure close corporation with real estate agents
Organise marketing cooperation/plan
Monitor market trends
Participate in commercial venues
Conduct site visits and provide appropriate information
Prepare and follow up with buyer on quotations and close sales
Liaise with relevant third parties to close sale
Organise resources to achieve sale
Willingness to work outside normal office hours if needed
Qualifications and skills:
Certificate of Good Character
Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Certificate or Diploma in Sale is an advantage
Ability to work in a team
Good command of Sale and Negociation techniques
Outgoing, Pro-active, Self-driven, Result-orientated
Organised, Punctual
Valid driving licence
Languages : French, English and a third will be an advantage
