Sales Coordinator

RACS Mauritius is hiring candidates for a Jr. Technical Engineer role. This is an entry-level role ideal for for candidates who want to build their experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking & Security under guidance of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist technical team in day-to-day IT infrastructure tasks
* Support in network configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
* Contribute to cybersecurity and system hardening activities
* Prepare technical documentation, reports, and solution proposals
* Support presales team with product demos, presentations and solution design
* Participate in project implementations and on-site customer support
* Learn and grow under senior engineers’ guidance

📋 Requirements:

* Eligible to work full time
* Diploma/Degree/Course in IT, Computer Science, Networking or related fields
* Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching), Windows/Linux systems
* Interest in cybersecurity and infrastructure technologies
* Good communication skills & willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment
